The chemical laboratory is equipped with equipment that ensures the possibility of performing chemical analyzes to determine the concentration of the various chemical components in the active baths of the galvanizing line to ensure the thickness of the zinc layer required for each individual project.
Preparation of parts for galvanizing
Depending on the project, we make sure that the parts to be galvanized are divided in such a way as to ensure the quality of the finished product. On the devices, galvanized parts can have dimensions up to 1950 x 1000 x 450 mm, while the drums have a maximum part load capacity of 100 kg.
